Fayetteville, N.C. — A 32-year-old’s death at a Fayetteville home is now being investigating as a homicide.
Officers with the Fayetteville Police Department responded to the 2000 block of Poplar Drive around 1:45 a.m. When they arrived, they found Artis Lee Windsor unresponsive. He died at the home.
Police said Windsor died from a gunshot wound. The shooting did not appear to be a random act, police said. Additional information about a motive or suspect has not been released.
